Nike Impossibly Light Windrunner Jacket
Updating an Icon, the next chapter of the Windrunner sees Nike create the Impossibly Light Windrunner Jacket in Lt Iron Ore/Dusty Cactus/Lt Iron Ore, a packable running layer built for the elements.
As the name suggests, the Nike Dri-FIT Impossibly Light Windrunner Jacket is an ultra-lightweight jacket designed for coverage and protection without the downsides of layering up.Breathable yet capable of repelling light rain showers, it also features 2-way stretch to let it move with your stride. Mesh panels under the arms increase air flow as does the vent at the back.It also offers UVA and UVB protection and can pack down into a hidden pocket when no longer needed. Zip pockets let you stow gear securely, while a bungee cord hood provides further protection.
Nike
Blue Ribbon Sports, as they were originally known, began as an importer, offering Onitsuka Tiger running shoes to American athletes in the 1960s. In 1972, they created the first Nike-branded shoe, and the rest, as they say, is history.
With their gear now seen on sports stars and enthusiastic amateurs alike, today Nike continue their mission to “bring inspiration and innovation to every athlete in the world”. And remember: if you have a body, you’re an athlete.
Their apparel ranges include the daily-run Miler series, race-ready Aeroswift clothing, and the all-day wearable Run Division collection.
